Moral report of the 2026 General Meeting

New president, new director, new ambitions. At its 2025 General Meeting, Tecaliman outlined the framework for a modernized technical center, more closely connected to its members and more visible within the industry.

One year after taking office, Yann TRIT, President, and Séverine Brunet, Director, present an encouraging initial assessment. The momentum is there: in 2025, the Tecaliman team worked on three fronts simultaneously, modernizing tools and training programs, strengthening internal expertise, and developing the consulting/service business The result: 35 training sessions delivered, more than 220 HTIL tests carried out, a new Maintenance training program launched at the end of the year, and 4 new members welcomed.

On the ground, Tecaliman has also confirmed its role as a technical interface alongside industry associations The OPE energy club brought together 63 plants in France and internationally, the OSE club was relaunched with a focus on lone worker safety, and an exploratory study on hexane residues was conducted on 160 samples in partnership with SNIA, LCA-NA, and Oqualim.

For 2026, the course is set: updating the bylaws, accelerating innovation, and strengthening communication. “In a world where AI answers every question, very quickly, sometimes too quickly, strengthening our role as a recognized expert is the real challenge for Tecaliman,” sums up Yann TRIT.
