TECALIMAN is hiring its future Technical Manager / Technologist!

Reporting to the Managing Director, this person will act as the technical point of contact for member manufacturers, with 5 key responsibilities:

• Technical advisory: supporting members on their processes, equipment, product quality, and safety
• Training: leading technical sessions (classroom, pilot hall, on-site at industrial facilities)
• Pilot hall management: organizing trials and supervising the associated technician
• Product quality/laboratory: contributing to analyses and process compliance
• Innovation: writing technical reports and developing new services

Position based in Nantes (44), permanent contract (CDI), available immediately (with some flexibility possible).
