As every year, Tecaliman is proud to organize its O’Congrès, a place for meetings, discussions and information reserved for professionals in the sector!
This day is organized at the Espace Beausoleil, in Pont-Péan, near RENNES, on the Monday before SPACE.
This year, the O’Congrès TECALIMAN brings together the entire sector around a strong ambition: Let’s build Quality together!
A day of exchanges, innovation and sharing to build together the quality of tomorrow.
The main thread “fil rouge” of the O’Congrès 2026 is Mister Guillaume CHANTRE, Director of ACTIA.
Throughout the day, several topics will be addressed, including:

– Characterizing food quality
– Designing quality food
– Ensuring the sanitary quality of food
– Better balance for better quality
After the conclusion, a coffee break will be offered to those who wish, in order to continue the exchanges informally, before allowing everyone to head back at their own pace.
