As every year, Tecaliman is proud to organize its O’Congrès, a place for meetings, discussions and information reserved for professionals in the sector!
This event is held every year at Espace Beausoleil, in Pont-Péant, near RENNES, on the Monday before SPACE.
In 2025, the theme was: Strategic Plan for Animal Nutrition: What changes for our factories? ». The event consisted of round tables and presentations from professionals. We were more than 20 speakers and more than 120 participants in 2025!
The main thread of O’Congrès 2025 was Mr. Jean-François LABARRE, President of AFCACIAL and Deputy Managing Director of the CCPA Group. At the end of the day, he summarized the day’s discussions on the various topics addressed, such as:
– Biosecurity: with contributions from ANSES, TECALIMAN and industry players, “It is somewhat Tecaliman’s trademark to be able to move from theoretical knowledge to practical knowledge, to application”. To remember according to him: “qualify, quantify in order to act”.
– Animal welfare: “we are players in animal welfare because nutrition is part of the fundamental needs of animals!”. Through a round table and experience sharing from ITAVI, veterinarians and industry players: “Animal nutrition also has its full place in scientific and technical monitoring, to be able to innovate and bring field experience.”
– Precision nutrition: with a shared observation of “the need to take constraints into account in order to support a form of diversification”.
He concluded with: “After a day like this, the world can appear increasingly complex. When you run a manufacturing site, these are all challenges that add up.”
